In-Store Purchases

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt

Final Sale Items: Jewelry, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, sweatshirts, swimwear, athletic wear, and sale items.

Need to ship your in-store purchase back?
Email us at hello@shoplowerright.com to arrange the return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Online Purchases

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)

  • Free from stains, pet hair, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage

  • With tags attached and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by your packing slip

To start a return, click here  to access your account or email us at hello@shoplowerright.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions. Once the label is issued, you’ll have 7 days to ship your return.

Non-returnable Items: Jewelry, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, sweatshirts, swimwear, athletic wear, gift cards, and sale items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@shoplowerright.com within 2 days of receiving it. We'll make it right!

Please note: Color variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography are not considered defects.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you and issue your store credit.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order after your return is processed.
